We estimate that 90 percent of deliveries are expected to take place within two days of placement of order.

Payment Options

We encourage you to make payment by credit card using our PayPal secure facility.  In the event you do not wish to make payment by credit card, in certain countries you will have the option, at an additional cost, of paying Cash on Delivery.

Volume Purchases

If you wish to make a volume purchase, please send a message under "Contact the Author" mentioning how many copies you wish to purchase.  Volume discounts are available for purchases of 50 or more books.  The book makes an excellent promotional gift (e.g. for law firms, wealth management firms, etc.) who have business owners as clients.
